Founded on the idea that strength should feel sustainable
Pray Pilates Studio began in Alexandria, Egypt with a small group of instructors focused on low-impact training that builds real, lasting mobility.
What Our Members Say
I started coming after months of lower back discomfort from sitting at a desk all day. Six weeks in, my posture instructor pointed out I was standing straighter without thinking about it. Small classes, real attention.
My physiotherapist actually recommended pilates for my knee, and this studio was the closest low-impact option. The instructors adjust the reformer settings for me every session without making a big deal of it.
I'd never done pilates before and was worried about keeping up. The intro sessions walked through breathing and basic positions before touching equipment. Three months later I can hold a plank for a full minute, which felt impossible at first.
How We Work With You
A structured approach that adapts to your starting point, not a one-size-fits-all class plan.
Initial Assessment
New members meet with an instructor to discuss mobility goals, any physical limitations, and prior activity level before joining a class.
Personalized Class Placement
Based on the assessment, we recommend beginner, intermediate, or specialized sessions so the pace and intensity match your current fitness level.
Ongoing Technique Coaching
Instructors give hands-on corrections during sessions to keep movements safe and effective, adjusting resistance and range of motion as you progress.
Progress Check-Ins
Every few weeks we revisit your goals together, noting improvements in flexibility and strength and adjusting your class plan accordingly.
Pray Pilates By the Numbers
Who We Work With
Our low-impact approach fits a wide range of bodies, ages, and fitness backgrounds.
Clients working with physiotherapists on rehabilitation find controlled, low-impact movements that support recovery without added strain.
Short, focused class formats fit around demanding work schedules while still building core strength and flexibility over time.
No prior experience needed. Instructors introduce fundamentals gradually so new members build confidence before increasing intensity.
Cross-training members use pilates to improve flexibility and correct muscle imbalances that other training routines can overlook.
